Megan Haughney takes the simple but sustentative approach
to public relations Ð do the right thing and tell the right
people about what you are doing. She sees her role in the
process as a conduit between client organizations and their
various constituencies.
As a Public Relations Account Manager at Justice & Young Marketing
and Public Relations, Megan focuses on the day-to-day initiatives
that build agency clients' brand image and reputation. Her primary
duties include account leadership, campaign planning, strategic communication
counsel and proactive program implementation.
Megan brings a variety of valuable skills to the J&Y team. She is an
outstanding communicator, with extraordinary creative writing skills and
proven media relations capabilities. She also is well adept at delivering
key marketing messages through emerging social media channels. To supplement
her communication talents, Megan recognizes the significance of hard work
and is dedicated to delivering effective client results.
Prior to joining the Justice & Young team, Megan gained professional
experience working with some notable local brands, including Gold Star Chili
and the Cincinnati Zoo. Her background includes valuable knowledge in a variety
of marketing and public relations disciplines. The Milwaukee native moved to
Cincinnati to attend college at Xavier University, where she earned a BA in
Public Relations. While in school, Megan served on the board for the Public Relations
Student Society of America (PRSSA), and today she is an active member of the
Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the local Cincinnati Chapter.
