Garry Brasch Custom Homes
Garry Brasch Custom Homes

After spending 22 years in home construction, Garry Brasch decided to draw on his experience and started his own business, in 1997, Garry Brasch Custom Homes. Garry's motto — “Every home we build carries my personal signature” — is a true reflection of his personal commitment to client satisfaction. When you build with Garry Brasch, there are no surprises. Garry and his team provide as much pre-construction assistance with design, selections and site assessment as necessary for clients to be comfortable with every aspect of their new home before the contract is signed.

After the contract is signed, a pre-construction meeting is held to review the building plan and ensure that the homeowner understands exactly how their house will be built. Garry then assembles a team that includes the job superintendent and selected subcontractor partners that are especially suited to build that house design. From here, Garry personally oversees the entire construction process, from pouring the foundation to the final walk-through.

Despite being very successful, Garry felt he needed to upgrade the company's image to reflect the upscale homes it builds. He retained Justice & Young for the assignment.

J&Y's first step was to review Garry Brasch Custom Homes' markets, goals and capabilities. J&Y then created a more sophisticated look and feel for the company including a new website; specification sheets for the various home designs offered; a corporate folder, business cards and letterhead.

As a result of the new branding intiative, the quality of presentations has improved, website traffic is up and Garry Brasch Custom Homes continues to thrive in a very difficult real estate market.
